     The Stromberg manual calls out for setting the float height while 
     there is 1/2 PSI of head pressure into the float.  Anybody know an 
     easy/simple/quick way to accomplish this (without hooking up a 
     pressure gauge) and how accurate it must be?  
     
     I'm assuming the only reason you would need a little pressure float
is 
     that it slightly counteracts the pressure the float is exerting on
the 
     needle and needs to be compensated for.
