I got this off the Cardinal email list.  I've never heard of anyone having
a
plastic gas container blow up on them but for those who worry about such
things, see below.  Dick in NM.

plastic can, near the spout, and put a bolt with a washer on it through

electrical dept). They advised clipping the clip to some metallic point
