I have a brother who is a painter by trade. Asked him the question about Bristle shedding and he said ALL brushes shed bristles even the most expensive and he defined any brush costing less than $75.00 a cheap brush. He has some that cost over $100 and has been using them for over 10 years and they still work well. He says if you don't want to bother with bristle shedding, Spray paint it.
