Thanks one and all for your comments.

I was told that the Poly Fiber chemicals containing MEK, would eat up the
foam and synthetic fiber brushes. A roller, now that is promising. It
would
sure make
putting a wet coat down for a tape easy.

The instructions call for applying Poly Brush by brush, and using a brush
to
apply the tapes. Only when these steps are completed, do you spray 2 more
coats
of Poly Brush. The instructions warn against spraying too early since it
is
possible to fail the weave of the cloth up.

I thought I had gotten all the loose bristles, then I sprayed my silver.
OUCH trapped like
bugs in amber there are my missed bristles.  If anyone comments I shall
say
they are
static discharge wicks built into the finish.
