Hello to All,
Evidently someone doesn't know the Coupe short field approach W/O flaps-
nail the speed reduce power accordingly -raise the nose keeping your eye
on
the speed watch your rate of descent apply power to arrest the drop in
rate and Bingo tha'ts about the best short field next to a Tripacer
(that
is the flying milk stool )
I think the only area that could have been cleaned up on a coupe was all
the rivets and the way the fuse panels were overlapped the wrong way other
than being somewhat underpowered for today's standards it's a neat
little
bird that does nearly everything it should and being safe at the same
time.Too bad it's not being produced now it would be a great entry level
,
and then some fun ship. The value would increase on the real thing too I
would imagine especially the clean ones W/O corrosion. It could be made out
of composite very lite SORRY PURISTS. only kidding
that's it for now Dennis 99564 in ILL (still waiting for the engine to
be
done)
