be sitting at home wishing they were flying?
4. When I was trying to get checked out in the airplane, was the CFI that
looked at the plane, said "yeah, I can fly it...." then looked inside and
shook his head and said"No rudder pedals.... I can't fly the damned thing"...
MACHO???? Yet, a good guy from around here got me lined up with an instructor
who, in a 2 day, 5 flight hour marathon, got me checked out. One instructor
in an area of about 10,000 square miles.\I am tired of getting torn down, not only because I fly an Ercoupe that is
older than I am, but also when I flew ultralights, or when I chose to live in
the great state of Texas... no matter what you do folks, there are a**holes
out there who just want to get your feathers rustled...... just ignore them
folks... like Bruce Lee said, "you cannot defeat a man who refuses to fight."Just my 2 cents worth!
