I have been in contact with Bill Painter at the Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum. He has part of a coupe and is looking for enough parts to make it into a static display. If anyone has a bad set of wings or other parts that might be useful to him, would you drop him a note. Here is part of the message he sent me. (Your contribution might be tax deductible.) The Ercoupe that is in the collection of the Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum came to us in very poor condition. We have only the fuselage, from the firewall back with no wings or tail surfaces, that had laid behind a hanger on a local grass airfield for many, many years. ... We have been trying to find someone that might be willing to donate the missing wings, tail and firewall forward to the Museum to complete a static display but haven't found anyone yet.
