Something you might look into with your hanger restrictions at your
field. Normally if a structure is not on a permanent foundation, secured
to the ground, it is considered a mobile unit that just happens to be
parked on your property. I know of several people who have run into
zoning laws and beat them by putting the buildings on skids with big
towing rings at one end for "moving" them. Atachments for axles and
wheels also makes them a non permanent "trailer" sitting on YOUR
property. What you choose to keep in these "mobile" buildings is your
business. Of course you don't charge rental for these spaces, only an
agreed on contribution to the coffee fund. It's amazing how much coffee
us flyers drink! The whole thing boils down to, don't let pea brains
beat you.
