I would never use auto fuel because how do you know the state of it? How well was it stored? Is there any water in it? What about the change of spec in summer from winter with additives? Where I am in the UK at least I would have some comeback if I had to force land due to fuel. One of the first things the accident investigators check is the quantity and grade - and where was it uplifted?
