My wife and I work for the same company in Chicago's Merchandise Mart (which evacuated soon after the news broke). On the train ride home, we wondered how many couples worked in the World Trade Center and Pentagon. We fervently hoped that every affected child had at least one parent waiting at home when they returned from school.
