And you know what? I bet if he or she REALLY looks at that XC time, he or she ACTUALLY spent .3 more hours taxiing on one of those XC flights he or she has done already. He or she really should correct the error in his or her logbook. Lots of students forget to log their on-the-ground time. Especially if they go by Tach time, cuz the tach doesn't really show clock time. Even so, he or she may just have mis-read that Hobbs meter.
