I recently bought a roll of microfilm as a reference for the coupe restoration from Bowing Green state University. The frames from about the middle of the roll and towards the end of the roll are essentially useless. In some, the only feature that can be seen are the arrow heads for measurements, nothing else. Is this common or did I get a bad roll of film. I also noticed that the film does not provide much information on the 46 and later models such as main landing gear etc. It seems to cover the 1939 model and little else. Anyone else notice the same?? 4J6 in St. Marys is still under a TFR with the FBO closed. The Mayors of the three local towns, the airport authority and our House of Representative member traveled to Washington to talk with the FAA and others. Nothing was accomplished except to buy some airline tickets. The FAA indicates that good news would be released in 48 hours. That was seven days ago.
