Yes the drawings on the microfilm are for the original coupe.  Some 
details such as the sliding window hardware were much more comlicated 
originally.  Certainly for some parts the microfilm is not helpful but 
it is better than nothing.

As to the strange problem on the second half of the film.  Sounds like 
your film is bad.  I have not seen anything like that on my copy.  Some 
of the drawings are very big and you have to scroll around to see the 
whole thing.  That does not sound like what you are seeing.  I would 
sugest you try a different microfilm reader to be sure.
