You'll never get it from the top. Too little capacity in the reservoir,
and
the TEE in the lines makes the bubbles ambiguous.

One way is to buy a brake bleeder from Aircraft Spruce. For the time it
saves, it's worth having. An A&P needs one of these anyway.

I know one person who uses an oil squirter can (dedicated to the purpose)
to pump brake fluid up from the bleeder screws to the reservoir. Cobble
up a hose arrangement.

Whichever of the above techniques you use, you'll thank yourself if you
get a 1/8 NPT to hose barb and run a hose from the top of the reservoir
to a jar. That saves having a mess when the reservoir runs over.

Finally, when you are done, take something (like an ear syringe bulb or a
plastic
straw) and REMOVE fluid from the reservoir until the level is 1/4" to 3/8"

from the
top. Otherwise, as soon as you climb the reservoir will overflow, and it
will LOOK
like you have a brake fluid leak, and you'll have an ugly stain on the
belly.
