Hi Larry
 Are the wing caps vented? One of my first coupes did that. After I was
flying it pulled fuel out of the wings and pulled air and overflow from
the
header back down. But while on the ground especially after a fill up the
cool gas would expand and create pressure in the wings. This killed the
gravity return flow... Just a thought...
