Hi folks: I too hit a duck or goose on my first night solo at 4000ft. I was in a 172 and was lucky the prop chewed it up enough that it didn't make it through the left side of the windshield right at eye level. Phew! Anyhow, my box of Ercoupe is coming along well but I think I got shafted on the carb. Anybody out there have one for an 85 cont. they would part with or could point me in the right direction. By the way, what's one of these little suckers worth (cringe)? Thanks Paul
