I see some of where you got excited. I do indeed see the line you quote:
"... develop a type specific certification program for A&P mechanics who

like to work on the aircraft type."

Let's amend the proposal to be:
"... develop a type specific certification program for A&P mechanics who
would
like to **inspect and sign-off** work on the aircraft type."

(I didn't include the asterisks in the revision of the master copy.)

Thanks for finding that mis-wording, Glen. Do you see anything else that
doesn't match the intent as I've been explaining it here?
