1st thanks for bringing this too our attention and for the time that
you have put into this. Also as the owner of a 415, Alon and an M10
I think that there is critical training missing in the inspection of our
type airplane's. The inspection of our aircraft's gets more important
with
every passing year. One of the bad points of an IA having to be trained
specifically for our type airplanes is that for those of us that live in
a
remote
area it could put a long distance for us to go for our annuals. I wish
John Wright was closer he would be doing my annuals. To compensate
for this problem I have become knowledgeable in my aircraft according to
the
manuals and spec sheets available. And as the IA and I do the annual we
check
each other. I would welcome any pilot training certification for our type
 aircraft that would come along.

So to make a long story short I think you guys are on the right track
 just need a little refinement.
