After reading the posts on weight & balance, I'm in a state of shock. Is it possible the Alons and Mooneys really weigh in over 1000 lbs? The current W & B on my Coupe puts it at 756 lbs, plus special equipment of 60.1 lbs. The radio and other gear get it up to around 825 lbs. How can an Alon be near 200 lbs greater than that?
