Karl, Sound like your wiring a house. Radios use 20 and 22ga wiring. Most wiring for other lights an, etc., are 16 and 18 ga wires. Plus shielded wires for p-leads and transmitting. As I recall how far your running the wire also plays into sizing. Warren H
