Yes.  Contact the FAA in Oklahoma City.  Ask for the Air Worthiness dept.
( I think
).  Then  give your N number.  It cost me about $5.00 for the whole
enchilada.  When
you get the copies made, be aware that the FAA will supply you with photos
of both
the front and back of each document.  At $.20 per copy, you'll find that
you quickly
recognize you don't need the backs.
