Georgia, also consider picking up a copy of MS Flightsim 2000, if your
computer is up to running it well. It isn't much help with the motor
skills (IMHO) BUT the built-in Ron Machado lessons are worth-while.
Most importantly, it will help you with your cross-country routine and
keeping your attention moving around the cockpit.

When I took a dozen-year break from flying and wanted to come back,
I found FS very useful. I'd plan a flight just like I was really going to
do it, and then do it, progressing to longer and longer cross-countries.
I even had the sectional on my knee-board.

I think it probably saved me about a thousand dollars in airplane/CFI time
becoming proficient at navigation again.
