Black wrinkle finish.  Go down to your local Harley-Davidson dealership,
and look at the
engines/transmissions of the Harleys.  That's wrinkle finish.  Why pay a
paint shop to do it?  You can
buy a spray can of the stuff and do it your self.  It's made for aluminum,
so you don't have a stick
problem.  I've done several Harley Engines, and it works like a million
bucks.
