Hi Paul before pulling up the floor boards, remobe the forward right side interior
panel which is a lot easier. Yo may be able to access both the overflow and supply lines form there. On mine (#3665) I can. You can also get a complete new fuel line kit from Skysport or Univair. Sounds liek you have a restriction but it may be in the finger filter attached to the fitting that exits the tank.You could try draining the tank and blowing through the fitting from inside the plane with compressed air. Be sure the fuel cap is off when you do this. Some of the others may have some ideas too.
