This happened lets see in about 1983 or 84 Meadowlake Airport Colorado
Springs, CO. Was flying with a female Inst. working on my Private. I was
about 40 at the time. She (Jan) was flying with a nice older fellow (Nate)

that was doing fine with the 150s. But he had a small problem with taking
tests. Well, he did a few precheck rides with her. And did OK. But he
could
not pass a written. He and a friend had found themselves a (low wing) 150.

The last I knew he was flying everywhere in it without a piece of paper
from
the FAA.
As she told me he fly better than most of her students.
"Names and aircraft have been changed to protect the guilty" Now you
know
that we only talk about Ercoupes here. So there is some things you need to

plug in yourself.
 Yours, Warren
