While the camloc _appears_ to be slotted for a screw driver, the slot is
actually curved and there is a special tool available for these.  I don't
recall the technical name for the tool but I've seen them all over at
Oshkosh and in Trade-A-Plane for sale.  The tool really helps with closing
them snugly and preventing "screw driver rash" all over your cowl.
