I am thinking of doing the 30 gallon conversion to my 67 Alon at this next annual which is in June. So would like to gather all of the pro's and cons of this conversion. And also trying to find an IA that has done this conversion that would be relatively close to my location. I want a professional job.
Whats the thoughts pros and cons. I read the article by George Frebert and Floyd Durham in the January 1993 Coupe Capers. I was crawling around under the instrument panel doing some TLC and noticed that there is 2 rivets directly above my radios and GPS. Got to wondering what would happen if they ever started to leak other than ruining the equipement would this cause a fire hazard? Jim Palmer Pierre SD
