Hmm...  I dunno.  Having a piece of sheet aluminum velcro'd onto my
cowling 
right below that whirling propeller would give me nightmares.... 

I might even have nightmares about it being velcro'd onto YOUR cowling!!!

BTW,  A USAF A-10 Thunderbolt crashed recently because a piece of
equipment 
that was velcro'd in place in the cockpit came loose and hit a switch in
the 
cockpit.  If I remember correctly, the pilot survived, but the plane
didn't.
