Wayne, I did get a response from Univair.
They advise the bolts are standard A/N bolts, not close tolerance as I thought, and some have published. He stated there are no known published values except for in AC 43.13-16... The torque values given me verbally were: Large bolts 1100-1300 inch lbs. Small bolts 100-140 inch lbs. Did not know the answer to the discussion on shear - vs - tension...., but was happy to supply these torque values. Regards, Harry
