First off , I think Ercoupes are interesting airplanes.

That being said , when I see $39,000 and Ercoupe
in the same sentence , I have to wonder.

Especially when the attached post implies that is WITHOUT
good paint ,decent interior , and modern radios.

Anyone willing to buy a 'coupe for that price and in that state of
repair would probably be better off riding in a bus.

Aside from the fact you can get an IFR Cherokee for that money .

I do enjoy this list ( refer to previous posts of today regarding
intelligent , well thought out posts concerning bolt torques
and modern radio gear electric current requirements ).

However , it is a kick reading such pie in the sky .
