In the absence of specific values from the manufacturer, use the
recommended
torque for the bolt size, available i think from AC 43.13.  I carry a
chart
in my tool box so I don't need to look it up all the time.  If they're 1/2
inch AN bolts, one old A&P told me to torque them "good 'n tight".

N9547V has arrived in Japan by now, customs has no objections anymore, and
tomorrow we are going to start to put it together again. Obviously, the

I don't find any "recommended" torque value for the main and aft wing
