In the absence of specific values from the manufacturer, use the recommended torque for the bolt size, available i think from AC 43.13. I carry a chart in my tool box so I don't need to look it up all the time. If they're 1/2 inch AN bolts, one old A&P told me to torque them "good 'n tight". John
