Nobody is going to pay what some of these folks want for these money-pits of theirs. Just look at the various on-line ad services and see how long they are available. And those STC's may add nothing to the value. STC's are known for that. After you pay for 60 hours of labor to have the tanks and pumps switched the guy who comes to look at it, his dad had one back "in the days" and he always liked to see that float needle gauge in front of him as a baby and he can get one like that for $7000 less down the road. All you are really doing is spending several thousand to put even more gas in the pipe bombs on the wing leading edges. I am not convinced this is better than putting it in the fuselage anyhow. If you want a modern engine and tanks you need to buy a Cherokee. Those Franklins are foreign stuff these days anyhow. Glen
