The tail height you need, as you know, is 6 feet 3 inches (75 inches).

Yours is low enough to give you uncomfortable crosswind after-touchdown
and
take-off behavior.

To raise the tail, you need to:

1.  Replace the rubber donuts in the landing gear.  (If you don't already
have a
service manual, get one quick from Skyport or Univair.

2.  Ideally, you would replace the donuts then see how high the tail is.
That's
a lot of work.  If you have a double fork nose gear, I think a 7/16"
spacer in
each donut stack would raise you up just about right.  If you have a
single fork
nose gear, you may or may not need a spacer.  If you have a single fork
nose
gear, perhaps just get the donuts this year to get you close, then tweak
it next
annual with spacers if you need them.
