You might be right about the Forneys, Harry. I don't really know. I have a single fork C model that we converted to a D (no, folks, it's not called a CD, that is a whole different airplane) with the 9 degree elevator up travel, and I have no problem getting my nose (I mean the airplane's nose) high enough when landing.
