I too have a stack of reports. My report go back to ' 86. Fuel or lack of it was a point that I became aware of. But no real in-flight break up problems, or in flight fires. Or post flight fires dominated them. There are a few that stay in mind as totally unbelievable and stupid. And one on purpose. Warren
