replacing rubber motor mounts for engine. has anyone any info on where I should purchase them. The ones that I am replacing seem so small and not much thickness to them. Also wondering whether there is a better replacement than the ones that were originally designed for Alon. If anyone has experimented with the tightness of bolts to try and eliminate prop vibration would also be helpful Thanks BOB
