Tom, it OK not to know. numbered Ercoupes go the hole way through the
415 
and for the most part start in 28000 very few, 37000,(few)41000 (few)
87000 
(a few more) 93000 (a lot more) mostly ' 46 early. 98000 not many at all, 
99000 late ' 46, ' 47  94000 E in ' 49 Forney's end in C and G mostly.
Early 
Alon in E, V or M  mid way through Q & F ending with F. The cool thing
with 
Alon most have the ser.# in there N number.

first group of CD's Mine being the first C converted to a CD ]. That being
so 
many on the field they just took A/C and Converted. Same for the first D 
models the slow down had started.
  A lot of ' 46 started 2000H & 3000H  some in the 3900H CD & D's and
newer.
  A fellow on our field replaced his 3869H ? With 1929D?  year of birth
and D 
for Don but the ser#  is 4570? Of course Any Ercoupe with two letter after

the numbers Has been changed. Blocks of number were gotten to save leg
work.

  PS, At Oceano Ca this past weekend I picked up a 120/140 club news
letter 
in it was a pic of Cennas on the shop floor. Wings on and N-numbers
painted. 
You could follow the trail of N's with a few others that were going to Our

northen friends.
