can any of you guys out there tell me what would be good to use to seal a small seep on one of my coupe wing tanks. The leak is on the inside wall of the tank up next to the fuselage. It is not a bad leak, but it leaves a slight odor of fuel inside the cabin after it sets for a while. From what I can see, it is coming from under some kind of rubber type sealant that was
put over the row of rivets that holds the tank together. The stuff the factory used, looks to be some kind of silicone or rubber, but I'm not for sure what it is? Would regular clear silicone work to stop the seep, or is it fuel soluble. Help, I don't like for my toy to have any kind of ailment. Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.
