I'm confused. Since red-line oil temp is at least 220 and you were 70
degrees over outside temperature and you were AT the red-line, how did
you manage to get off the ground at 150 degrees outside temperature?

The usual target is outside air temperature + 100 degrees.  Many coupes
run OAT+110 or OAT+120.  If you are getting OAT + 70, you have an
extremely well baffled engine that can never overheat.
