Now my wife has a slighly different slant on the "babe magnet" philosophy. She too thinks the Coupe is "cute", but her observations are that it attracts mostly good ol' boys who just want to sit around and chitchat about airplane parts. "Why aren't you guys flying?" A pilot friend's wife casually suggested that her husband was always flying to (Name censored) airport to see the "chickies". So I took my wife there for lunch one day so she could see the "chickies". She counted 6 old men (I think she included me) to every "chickie". She watched my Coupe through the window and only other old men and kids walked up to look at it or approached me about it. She is still convinced that airplanes, in general, are magnets for pilots and pilot wannabes--not babes (or chickies). On the otherhand, she thinks that a woman pilot could attrach all sorts of men because, as a pilot, they have their adventureism showing. I suspect she might follow Arti's "Guatamalan Airforce" philosopy in responding to stupid questions, and I am sure she would wear one of Leslie's t-shirts! She doesn't have much patience for clods.
