Tony, I just got back from viewing the two Ercoupes for sale. They're both good planes. One has the wings off for transportation, is primed, waiting for a paint job and needs the Swiss cheese inspection holes AD. It also has a very nice interior. In fact, both plane's interiors are much nicer than mine. The other plane has a C-90 powerplant and a beautiful interior with many neat mods, including the large baggage compartment. Paint is adequate, but if it were mine, I would spend the $$ and it would be a terrific aircraft. It also has the split tail or the E-mod. An interested party is coming tomorrow AM with an A&P to look at both of them. I'm not for sure, but I think he is asking $14.5K which I feel is very reasonable. A lot of plane for the buck. He lives at Zumbro Falls and has a small private strip, somewhat of a challenge, but I manage to get my coupe in and out with no problems. Coordinates are 44degrees 17 minutes North by 92 degrees 25 minutes for the town of Zumbro Falls and the strip is 2.5 miles east of town and .5 miles north. His name is Howard Kennedy 507/753/2542.
