Hello All:

Well after many many years of inactivity I finally got some
VFR weather and got in some dual.

Surprise I can still fly an airplane (If that's what you call a 150)
I was VERY rusty, but I got it up, around, and back down without
the CFI screaming or grabbing the controls while hitting me over
the head. :-)

I really DON'T like the Cessna 150. It is a very uncomfortable airplane
for me. I am mostly used to a stick and conventional gear. I don't
like the wheel, nor the tricycle landing gear. I think I'd better adapt
though since the Coupe had both. <G>

As soon as I have the Flight Review stamp in my log I can forget
about the 150.

The Coupe should be through it's annual next week and I'll know
if I have an airplane.

I do know that if the Coupe deal falls through I WON'T be buying
a 150. Actually my initial choices were between an Ercoupe
or an Aeronca Champ which I have owned before. I picked the
Coupe since it is a much more comfortable x-country machine.
That and its standard electrical system made it a first choice.

Can some one tell me how I go about getting a duplicate airman's
certificate. Mine is real ragged about the edges. I know it used to be
a simple letter quoting the certificate number and didn't require a
charge.
I think the same address that you report address changes would do
the trick. I'm just not too sure if I need to include a check and if so,
how much.

Thanks much.

Paul
