According to the shop that overhauled my prop, there is approximately +/- 1" tolerance in allowable pitch as measured (my 7152 is nearly 7153). Therefore, your 7149 may be a 7148 or 7150 in actual pitch. I know this doesn't answer your question of which prop is legal on your plane - just thought you would like this info.
