I am sorry you hurt yourself. It must have been the week for it. I was just walking and the the next thing I knew, I was unsuccessfully trying to merge my face with the pavement. I really fell down hard. I have multiple abrasions and cuts on my hands, elbows, and face. I have a swollen right hand that isn't working correctly. I have an extremely colorful "black eye" with lots of purple and green hues. I went to an ER and x-rays didn't show anything broken. I am amazed and grateful nothing is broken. I am so sore. So, I guess I'm fairly durable, if not so graceful. Here's to quick healing and to paying more attention to what our feet are doing! Georgia
