More info on JATO. The rockets each weighed 10.7 pounds including 2 pounds of propellant.. They produced 28 pounds of thrust for 12 seconds for a total of 168 pounds of thrust for the test against the Porterfield ... It was off the ground in 300 feet and took 7.5 seconds...
