Personally, I have never been conscious of wanting my primer to be in a different location. It suits me right where it is. It is only used once per flight and seems to be no problem for me. To move it is just make-work. If it were mine, I'd leave it right where it is and expend my efforts and money in another area of improvement, repair, or maintenance on the coupe.
