I looked at an Ercoupe and noticed that the instrument panel was painted with a black, wrinkled textured paint. The paint is starting to peel off. The owner says that you can buy paint for this appearance. I personally didn't like the look of it. How would you go about taking it off and then what should be done to the panel. There is a chance that I might be putting an offer in on this plane.
