My 47 415 c/d is exactly opposite.  Fuel is drawn from the right wing
tank, and excess is transfered to the left tank, where it flows back
across to the right and starts the process again.  I have to remember
this, as my fuel level indicator is in the left tank, which is always
fuller than the right.
