I took a piece of one and one eight inch diameter rod ten inches long (to insert in the axle from the inside) and cut a slot in it to slide over the axle bolt. I ground a four inch flat spot on the other end of the shaft. To this I bolted a four inch square plate. This is on the bottom side of the shaft. Put the set up in axle and jack with a scissors jack. I used this for years on my Forney and now use it on my 415C. Make one for each side. I is nice to raise the plane for doing a weight and balance. I would draw a diagram, but I don't know that much about computers.
