clearly I'm missing some part of it, I actually installed 'gamin' sp?
which it seems replaced the 'fam', but, it doesn't seem fam will give me a
great advantage, in the proposed usage, even if it was installed/working
howver, several web howto-disable do not seem to correspond to current
version I have, I presume I need to recomplie/rebuild the RPM
in the sourice tar/bz2 'courier-imap.spec' I have:
# grep fam *
BuildPreReq: rpm >= 3.0.5 /usr/bin/sed openldap2 openldap2-devel %([
%{suse_version} -gt 819 ] && echo /usr/include/fam.h)
BuildPreReq: rpm >= 4.0.2 sed /usr/include/fam.h openldap-devel
openldap-servers
do I just just remove '/usr/include/fam.h' ;
save to
/home/voytek/rpm/SPECS/courier-imap.spec
rebuild and install ?
